    • Starting your Divorce or Legal Separation Case; Minor Children; Financial Disclosures; and Next Steps After Filing Your Divorce or Legal Separation.
  • 10/14/2026 Financial Disclosure & Judgment Clinic @ 2:30PM
    • An overview of the common issues that delay the resolution of divorce of legal separation cases, including completion and/or service of financial disclosures, default judgments and/or judgments by agreement (Marital Settlement Agreement).
    • This workshop is tailored to coincide with Case Management Conference at which the parties will receive orders from the court regarding the next steps in their case.
