The family law facilitator does not represent any party and no attorney-client relationship is created between a party and the family law facilitator as a result of any information or services provided to the party by the family law facilitator. This means that communications between you and the family law facilitator are not privileged or confidential and the family law facilitator may provide services to the other party in your action.
