THE FIRST STEP to start e-filing is to select your service provider. An electronic filing service provider (EFSP) provides an online service to help you file your documents, and acts as the intermediary between you and the Odyssey eFileCA system. Each EFSP offers a variety of additional services and you should evaluate which provider meets your filing needs. Once you register with a service provider,  you do not need to re-register should you choose to use another provider . You may simply log in with your existing username and password: Service Providers | Odyssey eFileCA

Disclaimer: Many filed documents are viewable by the general public through the Court’s website and/or at the courthouse. It is the sole responsibility of the filer to ensure that confidential identifiers are properly omitted or redacted prior to transmission:

If an individual's Social Security number is required in a pleading or other paper filed in the public file, only the last four digits of that number may be used. (2) Financial account numbers. If financial account numbers are required in a pleading or other paper filed in the public file, only the last four digits of these numbers may be used."
