Court Reporter Availability - Pursuant to Rule 2.956 of the California Rules of Court, the following enumerates the departments and proceedings for which the services of official court reporters are normally available:

Dept. 1	Criminal Proceedings Juvenile Proceedings Regularly scheduled Civil Law and Motion calendar including trial confirmation conferences (subject to availability of official reporter) Domestic Violence Prevention Act Restraining Orders (subject to availability of official reporter) Civil Harassment Restraining Orders (subject to availability of official reporter)
Dept. 2	Criminal Proceedings (with the exception of infractions and subject to availability of official reporter in misdemeanor proceedings) Juvenile Proceedings Regularly scheduled Civil Law and Motion calendar including trial confirmation conferences (subject to availability of official reporter) Domestic Violence Prevention Act Restraining Orders (subject to availability of official reporter) Civil Harassment Restraining Orders (subject to availability of official reporter)
Dept. 4	Family Support Calendar (subject to availability of official reporter)
