CHILD CUSTODY EVALUATIONS

FCS performs Child Custody Evaluations, with the fee based on the clients' ability to pay. The current fee is $1,200.00, which is usually divided between the parties.

CHILD CUSTODY MEDIATION

FCS performs Child Custody Mediation there is no fee.

Family Law Facilitator

The facilitator provides a free service for legal information and assistance to people representing themselves in a Family Law matter. Please see the Family Law Facilitator page for more information
