Court Window. To speak with a clerk in the small claims division call (209)
754-9800. To speak with a clerk in the limited civil, call (209) 754-9800.
Filing fees are listed in the fee schedule. Small Claims forms are available on
line for your convenience. A small claims advisor is available to assist you and
can be reached by calling (209) 754-1443.
